If you don't see the gift in your Presents, try returning to the title screen and loading the game again.
Gift Expiry
Gifts will expire if not claimed within 30 days after they are sent to your Presents.
Please be aware that expired gifts will automatically be deleted, so be sure to claim them before this happens.
