Bamboo Memory Overview
A fairly decent Support Card with 15% Training Effectiveness, 1 Skill Point Bonus, and 45 Initial Power when starting a career. Unfortunately, this card lacks Specialty Priority, which greatly reduces its consistency. In addition, she has two events that consume 30 Energy, similar to Winning Ticket.
Fortunately, she can still be used as a roaming support. Keep in mind that this is purely RNG, and having her as a roaming support means you will have several runs without her contributing anything.
Shinko Windy Overview
A fairly decent SR card with similar performance to Narita Taishin (SR). It boasts a 10% Race Bonus, 35 Specialty Priority, and 5% Training Effectiveness. On top of this, it provides roughly 50+ Skill Points through its events. Keep in mind that this is an SR card, and you will eventually obtain it at MLB. Do not pull on this banner purely for Shinko Windy.

No, this banner is another easy skip since only the SR card is a decent pick-up. There are also other upcoming high-priority banners that are worth saving for.
