List of Known Issues

 The following is a list of issues we know to be affecting the game.

 ■ Issues Being Worked On

• The number of completed missions is not properly displayed on the Missions icon on the Home screen even when there are mission rewards available to collect.

(Please note that this issue only affects the number displayed on the Missions icon; mission rewards can still be collected by selecting the icon as usual. If you encounter this issue, restarting the game should cause the correct number to appear on the icon.)

 • When using tablet mode in the Steam version, the game may not respond to touch input.

 ■ Resolved Issues
[Update: 10:30 a.m., Aug 21 (UTC)]

• In the 10:00 p.m., Aug 20 (UTC) notice announcing new Spotlight Pretty Derby and Spotlight Support Card Scouts, the rarity of the SR Support Card "[The World's My Oyster] Seeking the Pearl" was incorrectly listed as SSR.

(This issue was only present in the notice text; scout rates etc. were not affected.)

 • When playing Team Trials on the Steam version of the game, trainers may be unable to proceed past the results screen.

 [Update: 12:40 p.m., Aug 1 (UTC)]

 • When attempting to purchase carats, an error listed with Error Code 102 can occur.

 [Update: 6:00 a.m., Jul 11 (UTC)]

 • The Main Mission "Link App Data" currently cannot be completed in the Steam version.

 • When using certain Android devices (Android 16), the app may not launch properly.

 

 These issues will be corrected in future updates.
 It may take some time before fixes can be implemented, so we ask for your patience.
