 Please read the event rules (hereafter: "Terms and Conditions") below before participating.
 Your participation will be recognized as an agreement to abide by the rules set out in the Terms and Conditions.

 Conditions for Eligibility

•  Enter the event following the steps outlined in the event post.
•  Agree to the event's Terms and Conditions, as well as Cygames, Inc.'s (hereafter: "the company") Privacy Policy.
•  Your participation will be recognized as agreeing to the Privacy Policy below.

•  You must be at the age of majority as set by your governing jurisdiction of residence, otherwise you must obtain the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate.
•  Your participation will be recognized as admission that you have obtained the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
•  The company asks for your understanding regarding the following stipulation for eligibility.
•  You must reside in a country or region where the English version of Umamusume: Pretty Derby is officially available.

 Event Results

•  Winners will be contacted mid-November 2025 via direct message (DM) from the official English Umamusume: Pretty Derby X account with information on how to claim prizes.
•  Winners who are unable to receive a DM from the official English Umamusume: Pretty Derby X account; or fail to respond within the stipulated time frame (this includes not following instructions on how to redeem prizes); or who take actions in violation of the "Notes" section below, forfeit the right to claim any prizes.

 Notes

1.  Please read the following before participating in the event.
•  Posts set to private will not be counted toward entry in the event.
•  By entering the event, you confirm that you meet the conditions for eligibility. You also confirm that you are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.
•  Winners in certain regions must correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim their prize.
•  Winners are solely responsible for payment of all fees associated with participation, including internet and other connectivity fees, or customs clearance fees when claiming physical prizes.
•  Participants are only eligible to receive one prize.
•  Prizes can only be claimed by the winner. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or sold.
•  Winners must provide their in-game user ID for the English version of Umamusume: Pretty Derby within the stipulated time frame. Once a user ID has been submitted, it cannot be updated. Carats can only be delivered to user IDs from the English version of the game.
•  Due to various circumstances, prizes may be changed.
•  The company reserves the sole discretion to alter, suspend, or cancel this event at any time. The company shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for any of the changes.
•  The company reserves the right to freely alter the Terms and Conditions to ensure proper management of the event. All participants shall comply with the event rules, and shall not make any objections whatsoever to them.
2.  Participants who take the following actions or fall under the following categories are ineligible to participate or receive any prizes.
•  Delete their account.
•  Enter the event using multiple accounts.
•  Unfollow the official English Umamusume: Pretty Derby X account, delete their repost of the event post, or set their account to private before receiving their prize.
•  Use bot accounts.
•  Fail to respond to the DM sent by the event management team (including failure to follow the steps to redeem prizes) within the stipulated timeframe.
•  Provide incorrect personal information resulting in prizes being unable to be delivered.
•  Any other actions the company determines to be unfair practices.
•  Any other actions the company deems to be inappropriate.
3.  In the event a winner becomes ineligible for a prize, the selection of runners-up by the company is not guaranteed.

 Personal Information

•  The company will, for the purpose of this event, collect personal information from the winners pertaining to their account (username), full name, postal code, address, phone number, email address, in-game user ID, etc. in order to deliver prizes.
•  The company will use the information provided only to contact the winners regarding the delivery of prizes, respond to inquiries, and perform other event-related purposes.
•  The company will take the necessary safe management measures to protect information from unauthorized access, tampering, leakage, etc.

 Disclaimers

•  Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the company's part regarding this event and associated prizing, the company shall not assume any liability whatsoever.
•  The company will not be held responsible in the event of a dispute arising between the participant and a third party during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, disputes related to posts on X. The participant bears the sole responsibility and expense of seeking a resolution.
•  The company bears no responsibility for network errors, issues that arise from computer viruses, unauthorized server access, or any other elements beyond the company's control that adversely affect the participant.

 Miscellaneous

•  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In addition, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of first instance in cases where disputes related to this event arise. However, the mandatory statutes of the participant’s country or region of residence will not be subject to influence by the decided ruling.
•  In the event that any part of these Terms and Conditions is held void or unenforceable by mandatory statutes, the valid or enforceable portion of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply and be binding.
•  This event is not provided, approved, or supported by X Corp.
